Summer Day on Lake Päijänne | Lahti–Jyväskylä–Lahti

Experience Lake Päijänne from end to end on a traditional cruise connecting Lahti and Jyväskylä, the southernmost and northernmost cities along Finland’s longest and deepest lake! This historic route has been operating for decades, taking you across the entire length of Lake Päijänne, past vast open waters, lush green islands and picturesque shorelines.

Spend the day at your own pace: soak up the sunshine on the spacious sun deck, relax with a book or enjoy the beautiful lake views from the comfortable indoor restaurant. A generous lunch buffet prepared in the ship’s kitchen brings Finnish flavours and local ingredients to your day on the lake. The onboard restaurant also serves wines, cocktails, refreshments, ice cream and sweet and savoury snacks. Weather and conditions permitting, a swimming stop may also be arranged at passengers’ request – remember your swimsuit and towel!

Make the journey your own: travel the entire route in one direction, enjoy a leisurely two-day round trip or choose a shorter section using the ports along the way.
